The Steel Coil Transfer Cart is designed to carry 50 tons, enough to carry two large steel coils. The body adopts a strong and durable steel structure to ensure stability under high loads. The V-frame is designed on the table of the Steel Coil Transfer Cart to facilitate the placement of the steel coils and ensure that the steel coils will not slide during transportation.

The Coil Transfer Trolley is usually used in conjunction with a crane, which is responsible for lifting the steel coils from a high place or production line and placing them on the steel coil car. The track design of the steel coil car is connected to the crane operation area to ensure precise and efficient operation. The Transfer Cart can be loaded and unloaded with the help of the crane, shortening the operation time and improving transportation efficiency.

The steel coil car usually adopts a battery-driven system to reduce dependence on external power sources and provide flexible working modes. The battery system ensures that the car can travel freely in the factory, adapt to multiple cycles of operation, and ensure high efficiency and durability.

To improve safety, the Coil Cart is equipped with an emergency braking system, a fence to prevent the steel coils from falling, and anti-collision sensors and overload protection devices can be installed as needed.
