Automatic Transfer Cart also known as AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), is an automated transport device used in factories. As an intelligent transportation tool, it plays a crucial role in modern manufacturing facilities.

The AGV Transfer Cart is primarily used for transporting heavy or large materials. It is not a robot but a mobile tool that operates based on a preset route. Unlike traditional forklifts and other transportation equipment, an AGV does not require manual operation and can autonomously complete material transportation tasks.

Working Principle:

AGV typically use magnetic stripe navigation technology, where magnetic strips are laid on the factory floor to guide the vehicle's movement. The cart is equipped with built-in sensors that detect magnetic stripe signals, allowing it to move forward, backward, left, or right according to the preset route, ensuring precise positioning and automated transportation.

Since the Automatic Transfer Cart requires a flat and smooth surface for operation, it is not suitable for rough or uneven ground conditions.
