You have never seen this heavy-duty transport platform before. In appearance, it looks no different from a trackless cart but it is an optimized and upgraded version of the DWP series. It retains all the advantages of a trackless cart while offering additional benefits that a standard trackless cart does not have.

This is a heavy-duty ,Battery-Powered Transfer Cart customized for our customer. It is designed to transport electrolytic cells and other containers within the customer’s factory. With a 50-ton load capacity, it can be easily maneuvered within the workshop.

Customer Requirements:

The customer requires a mobile device to transfer electrolytic cells within the workshop. Since the transfer frequency and routes are not fixed, the device must be able to flexibly adjust its path. Additionally, there is a 10% slope between the workshop and the outdoor area, posing a significant challenge in designing the mobile platform. The equipment is also required to operate at a speed of 30m/min.

Solution:

We recommended a rear-axle-driven Battery-Powered Transfer Cart. A standard motor-driven trolley would not be able to meet both the speed and climbing requirements. Therefore, we suggested this heavy-duty transfer cart with a 50-ton load capacity.
