This is an electric transfer cart project for the new energy industry. The customer is a company based in the United States. After visiting our official website, peisacar.com, they contacted our business manager. Through in-depth discussions, we learned that the customer needed to transport heavy energy storage containers within their workshop, requiring frequent and flexible operation.
After detailed communication with Nancy, we confirmed that the customer’s workshop has a flat epoxy floor, with a 3-degree ramp located at the connection between the workshop and the storage area. Therefore, we needed to consider the length and height of the slope to adjust the battery capacity and motor power of the electric transfer cart ensuring sufficient driving force for transportation. By increasing the power and battery capacity of the cart, it can be transported smoothly to the storage area while also meeting the endurance requirements for 4-6 hours of daily operation.
