In 2022, the customer reached out to us through our company’s website. This Indian manufacturer operates across several industries, including metal products, coated iron, plastic film manufacturing, processing, sales, and hardware stamping parts processing.

Project Information:

At the time, the customer was facing challenges in handling heavy steel coils. Traditional methods were no longer sufficient to meet their increasing production demands. To address this, we customized a Coil Transfer Trolley tailored to their specific needs.

The Coil Transfer Trolley features advanced battery power supply technology, eliminating the need for cumbersome cables and ensuring stable performance in the complex environment of the factory. Its impressive load capacity of up to 30 tons makes it more than capable of handling various types of heavy steel coils, offering a solid solution for large-scale production.

• Table Size: The Coil Transfer Trolley was designed with a table size of 3500mm x 2000mm x 700mm, which accommodates standard steel coil sizes while facilitating easy loading and unloading.

• Turning Radius: With a turning radius of 3500mm, the trolley’s trackless design allows it to maneuver freely in the factory workshop. This flexibility greatly improves space utilization and helps avoid operational obstacles caused by site restrictions.

Benefits and Results:

Compared to the previous crane unloading method, this trackless transfer trolley significantly enhances safety, reduces potential risks during the lifting process, and lowers the accident rate. After being put into use, the trolley quickly integrated into the customer's production process and became a key player in handling steel coils.
