In 2023, PEISA Machinery welcomed an important customer from India. This customer's business spans multiple industries, including mechanical processing, mechanical parts sales, and the import and export of goods and technology. Notably, the customer focuses on producing parts for the wind power generation sector.
To address the customer's urgent need for cross-plant transportation at their new facility, we customized two IndianRail Powered Transfer Cart solutions. These carts were specifically designed with the customer's operational requirements in mind:
Load Capacity: Each rail transfer cart has a load capacity of up to 20 tons, easily supporting large wind power generation components to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
Table Size: The carts were designed with a table size of 3 meters long and 2 meters wide, providing ample space for the safe and secure placement of goods.
Vehicle Height: The height from the ground is set to 500mm, making loading and unloading easier and enhancing operational stability.
Given the customer's long transportation times and high frequency of use, we opted for a low-voltage rail power supply. This solution not only ensures continuous and stable power supply for long-term, high-intensity operation, but it also offers cost-effective advantages compared to other power supply methods, ultimately reducing the customer’s operational costs.
These two Indian Rail Powered Transfer Carts seamlessly integrate into the customer’s production and transportation processes. They efficiently shuttle between different areas of the new plant, significantly improving material transfer efficiency. The carts have become essential tools on the customer's wind power generation component production line, helping to streamline operations and promote the growth of their business.
